Shaney-Lee Pool, a talented 7-year-old, captivated audiences with his heartwarming rendition of “Take Me Home, Country Roads” on The Voice Kids. His performance quickly gained immense popularity, amassing an impressive 63 million views. The young boy from Bristol effortlessly captivated the audience with his rendition of the beloved John Denver song, showcasing his incredible vocal talent.

Pixie Lott was absolutely blown away by Shaney-Lee’s performance and couldn’t resist turning her chair for him. This young singer has such a deep passion for country music, it’s truly amazing. And it’s even more perfect because he actually lives on a farm near the Bristol Airport! Can you believe it? He’s surrounded by all sorts of adorable animals, including his beloved Shetland pony named Bobby Brown. In fact, he even rode Bobby Brown to the studio in his latest video. How cool is that?

During the interview for his audition, Shaney-Lee expressed his love for country and Western music, mentioning that he had the incredible opportunity to see the legendary Kenny Rogers perform live two years earlier. It’s evident that music flows through his veins, as he expressed: “I enjoy listening to music on the radio, at my nan’s house, and on YouTube.” Shaney-Lee’s parents, Shane and Tamara, are incredibly proud of him. According to Shane, whenever Shaney-Lee sings, it fills them with a sense of pride, “Everywhere we go, everyone we meet, they always request him to sing.”
