Fried chicken is a dish that seems to no longer surprise anyone. But not in the case of our original recipe: prepare the bird in a creamy-spicy sauce to delight yourself and your loved ones.
Ingredients:
– 1 whole chicken, about 3.5 pounds
– Fresh dill, 0.35 ounces
– Sea salt, 0.7 ounces
– Ground sweet paprika, 0.35 ounces
– Ground coriander, 0.35 ounces
– Fresh garlic, 3.5 ounces
– Refined vegetable oil, 6.1 ounces
– Any-fat content sour cream, 1.7 cups
– Turmeric, 0.28 ounces
– Dried savory, 0.28 ounces
– Ground chili pepper, 0.28 ounces
Directions:
1. Disassemble the chicken, removing the backbone and cutting it into 6 portions, trimming excess skin and fat.
2. Season the prepared meat with salt, sweet paprika, ground coriander, and crushed garlic (2.8 ounces), drizzle with vegetable oil (0.7 ounces), add drinking water (3.4 ounces), mix well, and marinate for 2 hours.
3. Fry the marinated chicken in vegetable oil under a press in a pan on both sides until golden brown. Then, drain the fat with oil, add water (7 ounces) and sour cream, finely chopped garlic, crushed chili pepper; simmer for 20 minutes over medium heat.
4. Place the cooked chicken on a plate, drizzle with the sauce, sprinkle with turmeric, dried savory flakes, and crushed chili pepper, garnish with fresh dill.
