After losing his wife Erica during childbirth due to excessive bleeding, 36-year-old Carlos Morales from Phoenix is now taking care of their quadruplets all by himself. Carlos was away at work when his wife went into labor, and he had been eagerly anticipating the birth of their children. However, upon reaching the hospital, he discovered that Erica had tragically passed away.
Carlos was devastated by the sudden loss, but he found solace in the fact that their four healthy babies had been born. Two of the babies, Paisley and Erica, are still in the hospital, and Carlos visits them every day.
Recognizing that his income as a construction worker would not be sufficient to raise his children, Carlos started a GoFundMe campaign online. In just a month, he received over $300,000 in donations from kind-hearted individuals. Despite the financial support, Carlos has decided not to hire a nanny and instead intends to learn how to take care of his children on his own.
“I have to start from scratch—learning how to feed them, bathe them, and establish their bedtime routine. It’s incredibly challenging, but I’m determined to ensure that my children grow up healthy and prosperous,” Carlos expressed.
