It is finally revealed why Robin always participates in Dr. Phil’s show…

He has become extremely affluent thanks to his decades-long profession as a television therapist and life coach, and he and his wife can now enjoy a large estate filled with comforts.

Phil McGraw, a TV personality and psychologist better known as Dr. Phil, has been a household name for more than 20 years and has amassed millions of dollars in wealth.

His wife of more than 40 years, Robin McGraw, has supported him both personally and professionally as she established her career and made a name for herself. His personal life is as fulfilling.

From the beginning, Robin McGraw has participated in her husband Phil McGraw’s well-known “Dr. Phil” show. The first episode of the program debuted in August 2002, and it has already been airing for twenty years.

Being a role model for women is Robin’s stated goal. Her job on the program has been to support women, and the majority of viewers have benefited from her presence.

She frequently talks to her children and grandchildren about her experiences as a wife and parent. In addition, Robin provides women with guidance on the problems they encounter at various stages of their life.

The wife of Dr. Phil McGraw is devoted to him and never misses a show because she is “so proud” of him. Another routine that the husband and wife perform on the talk show was also disclosed by the presenter on his website. He described the history behind the two always leaving the stage together. Dr. Phil clarified:

“There is no major news. They questioned me about how I would leave the stage as we were doing the first show ever. Why don’t you move over there and turn, then? I did, too. Robin was also present, sitting there.”

He went on to say that he “instinctively” grabbed his wife and left since it seemed “unnatural” to him to pass her without acknowledging her. Following that incident, they advised him to continue doing it “since it appears natural.”

He also revealed that when they left the stage together, he frequently got questions about why he was “dragging” Robin off the platform so quickly. Robin clarified that she exits the stage quickly because she finds herself “uncomfortable in front of the camera” and wants to get out of there as soon as possible.

On December 28, 1953, Robin McGraw was born in Los Angeles, California. She is a best-selling author, TV personality, and philanthropist. Robin was also an actress, best remembered for appearing in the 1987 film “The Bold and the Beautiful.” She also had appearances on “The Insider” in 2001 and “Entertainment Tonight” in 1981.

Throughout her career, she has made an astonishing number of appearances. In addition to “The Doctors,” “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” “White House Christmas,” “Larry King Live,” “Late Show with David Letterman,” “Access Hollywood,” and other well-known programs, Robin has appeared on them as well.

Another skill to add to Robin’s repertoire is her popularity as a public speaker. In 2012, she made her most prominent appearance when she talked at Oprah Winfrey’s O You! event and covered topics including hormones and other female health issues. The Women of Faith presentations featured her as the star of a year-long tour.

The 68-year-old is also a published novelist who has two #1 New York Times bestsellers to his credit. In September 2006, she published her debut book, “Inside My Heart: Choosing to Live with Passion and Purpose.” What’s Age Got to Do With It?, Christmas In My Home and Heart, and Living Your Healthiest and Happiest Life are a few of her other novels.

In September 2019, Robin launched the “I’ve Got a Secret” podcast. She interviews famous guests on a range of subjects, from entrepreneurship to beauty, and some of the people she has interviewed include Carson Kressley and Daphne Oz. The 68-year-old is also a generous giver.

She focuses on issues that benefit women’s and children’s lives. She serves on the board of directors for The Dr. Phil Foundation, speaks up for Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children, and has experience working with the American Red Cross National Celebrity Cabinet. Robin was honored for her efforts with the Westside Children’s Center and the Starlight Starbright Foundation.

While Dr. Phil’s second marriage to Robin has lasted for 46 years and counting, his first marriage to Debbie Higgins only lasted for three years, which he blamed on the fact that he was still quite young when he made his first effort at a committed union.

He wasn’t as committed in the marriage as Higgins was, and this is something he also realized, deciding to divorce so that the two might seek a healthier love life, according to Higgins and she and Dr. Phil’s friends and neighbors.

After returning to Kansas City, Dr. Phil quickly developed feelings for Robin, his sister’s friend. He overheard her telling his sister that she also liked him, which gave him the confidence to approach her.

But as their relationship progressed, Robin was prepared to make things official by getting married. Dr. Phil was originally hesitant to do this, so she had no choice but to give him a deadline.

Finally exchanging vows in 1976, Dr. Phil and Robin welcomed their son Jay in 1979 and then Jordan in 1986.

Despite experiencing ups and downs like every other relationship, the couple still maintains a joyful life together. They have consistently disproven the numerous malicious allegations about their marriage.

Dr. Phil and Robin both admitted that they had an accidental encounter in the 1970s. The husband and wife discussed their initial encounter and related amusing facts of their first date.

They admitted that Dr. Phil was the pilot on their first date, which took place in a plane. At the time, Dr. Phil stated:

“I took her claim that she had never flown in an airplane as a challenge. I reasoned that since she wanted to raise her feet, we should do just that.”

Robin claimed to believe in love at first sight and claimed to have “fallen in love” the moment she laid eyes on him. In 2018, Dr. Phil spoke candidly to Closer Weekly about how they maintain their marriage. He claimed that by consistently responding “Yes, Dear,” they maintain their marriage.

His wife, on the other hand, attributes their long-lasting marriage to their similar beliefs and openness. She added the following:

“I reminded him that even though I don’t live in a fairy tale, I still deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.”

Since then, Robin and Dr. Phil have proudly welcomed three grandchildren into the world. Their second son, Jordan, has a daughter named Row, while their first son, Jay, is the father of two children, Avery and London.

The value of Dr. Phil and Robin’s dream home in Beverly Hills is somewhere around $30 million. Since 2011, he has disclosed it to his wife and the mother of his two adult children.

The 12,000 square foot home is perched on a sizable hill that provides a stunning panoramic view of Los Angeles while shielding the couple from Hollywood’s bustle.

A terracotta roof, substantial columns, and wrought-iron balconies give the interior of the house a European feel. It has a large kitchen, a home office, five bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, and many living spaces.

Dr. Phil and Robin have had plenty of space to walk around over the months the two have spent during the quarantine thanks to the estate’s outdoor space, which includes a pool, lovely landscaping, and a tennis court.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Phil had to spend a lot of time at home, which made him love it even more. He frequently shared photos of his opulent home on Instagram to share with his admirers.
