The vocalist for the rock group Queen, Freddie Mercury, was a British songwriter, singer, producer, and performer. Freddie was regarded as one of the greatest lead singers in musical history and was well-known for his dramatic persona and four-octave vocal range. Freddie met opera star Montserrat Caballé in 1988 to perform at the outdoor festival La Nit in Barcelona, Spain, in a performance that showcases this extraordinary singing abilities.

Most people were astonished by the duet that Freddie and Montserrat sang. They formed a partnership because they had a love of music, which helped the two get along well.
