Anastasiia Tiurina deftly manages the considerable pressure that comes with playing with a full orchestra.
She was given the opportunity to perform with her balalaika at the age of just 7 as the National Academic Orchestra of Russian Folk played in the background. She didn’t even need sheet music, so she must have been a little apprehensive, but it was impossible to tell because she performed the piece flawlessly!
The best part is that it’s easy to see how much this young kid loves music from the way she sings. She was so animated and joyful even as she focused on playing. She excels at what she does and her excitement is contagious, so it seems sense that she was given such a significant job.
