Environmental Artist Jon Foreman leaves beach people hypnotized by his stunning mandalas… Scroll down for the inspiration…

By the water’s edge, environmental and landscape artist Jon Foreman fashions magnificent stone mandalas. Using stones, driftwood, and other items he collects, Jon, a native of Pembrokeshire, Wales, arranges gorgeous mosaics and mandalas with eye-catching patterns and hues on beaches.

He collects stones of various sizes, forms, and hues and arranges them into striking formations. Foreman’s artwork showcases the distinctive beauty of stones with the use of enormous circles, kinetic swirls, and other complicated patterns. He has come to appreciate some of the unexpected properties of stones as a result of working with them.

He creates many forms of land art and is constantly looking for something “different.” Whether inland or on beaches, using stones or leaves. Even in abandoned spaces, he has produced artwork utilizing broken glass, ashes, and other waste. The size of his creations varies greatly; he might utilize stones or driftwood to create something little and understated.
