After his sibling was adopted without him, a 9-year-old begs to be adopted… Watch the video here…

An Oklahoma television station recently interviewed a 9-year-old child, in which he made an emotional plea to be adopted.
He described the agony of not having a family that only foster children would understand.
Jordan, the little kid, has been in foster care for six years.

That’s much too lengthy for anybody, let alone Jordan, especially because it’s been the most of his life!

My heart aches for Jordan because no kid should have to go through life without a family…

Except for the fact that something incredible took place.

The interview with Jordan went viral, and it ended up changing his life.
His remarks were so genuine and moving that they moved the hearts of hundreds of people, many of whom instantly took action in response to what they had heard.

When asked where in the world he would go if he could travel wherever he wanted, he said that if he could go anyplace he wanted in the whole globe, he would go to “To a housewarming party with the purpose of adoption.”

“All I want is a family that I can call mom and dad.”

Jordan has been living in a group home, but he naturally longs for the normal life of a kid with parents he can trust in!

However, dozens of people contacted in asking to adopt Jordan only half a day after the interview aired!
His most fervent hopes came true. Literally! Jordan gave the following response when asked what he would like with three wishes:

“To have a family and many relatives. I have no other desires but them.

However, Jordan’s situation isn’t exactly perfect at the moment.

Jordan had already been interviewed, although it had been with his brother Braison three years before. The boys were living in different foster homes at the time of the interview.

Last year, Braison was adopted separately from his sibling.
The brothers no longer see each other very often.

The Oklahoma Department of Human Services wanted to move the boys closer together so that they might at least spend more time together, according to Jordan’s permanent planning worker Christopher Marlowe.

Even if everything goes well, his brother’s adoptive family said they would be willing to take them out on day passes so they could spend some quality time together. They have agreed to that.

Marlowe, though, is optimistic that Jordan will finally find his permanent family and home.

After all, Marlowe must now sift through 5000 applications before Jordan can be adopted!

We can’t wait to see where Jordan’s life takes him now and send him our warmest wishes for absolute happiness.
