The majority of young children enjoy every minute of every day. They prefer to spend their time outside with their buddies, playing video games, or watching television. However, some people, such as the McBrides brothers, who are 12, 10, and 9 years old, work in their spare time.
Marcus, Travell, and Marcelino, believe it or not, have started their own lawn care service, the 3 Amigos Lawncare Service, and they are quite good at what they do. Around 40 families from their hometown of Saginaw, Michigan, have used their services on a regular basis so far.
It all started when Marcus Reed, the oldest brother, told his mother Terri Reed about his plan to start a business, and she was ecstatic. “Marcus told me he wants to establish his own lawn care business,” Terri said to Michigan Live. “So the next day, I got up and went out and bought all of their equipment and work clothing.”
Because they are hardworking and diligent, the brothers have earned the trust of their neighbors. Most importantly, when the summer draws to a close, they plan to increase the services they provide, which will likely include clearing leaves and snow, among other things.
Mom Terri is delighted about her two sons. She owns several rental homes in the region, and now that her sons have saved enough money by working hard all summer, they have invested it in a rental property.
“They’re having a good time,” Terri added. “Everything goes into their business accounts except their weekly paydays.”
