There are many of the most amazing “I woke up to this” moments in history, and this story of Tim Newton from Alaska surely belongs there.
“Last week, Tim was awoken by noises on his deck — and looked outside.” He grabbed his camera in surprise… and can you believe it? He later stated on his Facebook page, “Mama Lynx and her seven kits!!”
“She yelled out to them, and they all formed a line in front of him (he was inside the screen door!) Amazing Alaska wildlife!!! They then ran around and played on our deck and in our yard!”
“I’ve come to the conclusion that lynx spend 1% of their waking lives chasing rabbits and 95% chasing their young. “It was basically nonstop frolicking and roughhousing.”
