The cat can be seen in the video attempting to navigate his way down an alley where three animals are sleeping. The cats appear to be furious with him, but we have no idea what happened before this footage.
I believe the cat does not want to get in danger, so he escapes. He jumps from the wall, sprints, and then jumps again till he is free of the trap he is in. The cats try unsuccessfully to get him to quit, and hasn’t he made those other three cats look like fools?
