After a long and difficult battle with illness, this kitten is overjoyed to finally meet his brother…

A few months ago, someone discovered a stray kitten on the streets of North Carolina. It was in poor condition.

Fleas sucked it dry, and its eyes were infected to the point that he couldn’t open them. When the kitten was taken to the Murphy’s Law animal shelter, it was just a month old.

The shelter’s founder, Sarah Kelly, didn’t hesitate to take the kitten in and help it. She took it to the center’s veterinarians, who prescribed a variety of therapies, including medications for the ailment.

It was evident that the kitten was in for a long fight. The good news is that he responded well to the therapy, and he wasn’t picky about what he ate. It had already made significant progress after only a week.

They finally blinked open his eyes and began purring. Sarah named the sad kitten Meep, and she was informed a few days later about another kitten found on the same property.

Sarah was completely unaware that they were from the same litter. The poor kitten was in horrible shape as well, but with Sarah’s help, he recovered. This kitten was named Molly, and when Sarah encountered Meep for the first time, she recognized he was her brother.

The two kittens were very similar and obviously had a bond. The fact that they were able to meet has hastened their advancement. They were running around like crazy in just a few days!

The two siblings were placed in a foster home after receiving medical clearance. They make a charming pair, and Sarah hopes that someone will adopt them both because they operate best together.
