This senior cat was lost after staying alone without the family that cared for him his whole life…

Meet Orion, a loving 16-year-old cat who had the only home he’d ever known and who had received love and care from it his whole existence. As a result, when he lost his cherished house, he found it difficult to adjust to a new environment.

Orion was taken in by the Kitty Adventure Rescue League, a cat sanctuary in Fort Worth, Texas when he lost his home. He was shy and scared, despite the fact that everyone loved and cared for him. He didn’t want to come out of hiding because the place was alien to him.

“He’s lost his only home and isn’t sure where he’ll go next, but he likes to sneak up and cuddle with you when you’re sleeping.” Orion, welcome back. “We’re delighted to have you,” Kitty Adventure Rescue League’s Karyn Poplin remarked.

Love, on the other hand, altered everything! He came out of his shell as soon as he understood he was safe and in his new forever home. He began purring and adoring the people and other animals around him as a way of expressing his gratitude.

He expresses his joy at having a new home to his human!

He couldn’t help himself and began to show affection to everyone, including the animals at the shelter.

Britches, the 18-year-old resident cat, came over to offer Orion some love and cuddles. He only wanted to make Orion feel at ease and content!

After everything that had transpired, Orion recognized that there was love waiting for him everywhere.

Orion is now living the life he truly deserves. We hope that every animal can find a loving home for the rest of their lives! All of them are deserving of loving and caring owners and permanent homes.
