Andy Prokh is a photographer with a calling who captures his daughter and their wonderful cat in exquisite black-and-white photographs. Since the birth of their daughter Katherine, he has continued to do so. Lilu, their pet at the time, was two years old. Katherine has known Lilu her entire life and treats her as if she were her own skin.
In the photos below, the bond between the British Shorthair and Katherine is hard to ignore. You can see how devoted they are to one another. Katherine prefers to tutor and lead, whilst Lilu enjoys painting and photography. These images exemplify what friendship should be like.
