Larry, the ginger cat, is the best friend a child could ask for as they grow up. He is Abel’s closest companion.
Michelle, Abel’s mother, took him in after he was given up by his previous owner for breaking into the food cupboard, and he became Abel’s guardian and best friend for life.
“From the moment Abel arrived home, Larry was in love,” Michelle explains. Larry was the source of Abel’s first smiles and giggles. Abel’s first word was “Yarry” when he was 9 months old.
Larry rushes over to soothe Abel while he cries. When Abel walks from one room to another, he makes sure Larry is with him. Larry is more tolerant than I ever imagined a cat could or would be.”
