Tiffany is employed at the Michigan Humane Society, which is based in the United States. She was about to answer a phone call when she observed a cat curled up in the middle of the road, shivering. The feline curled up on top of an orange garbage bag in the snow and mud was visible through the window as she approached.
Tiffany was able to pick up the shivering cat, which came up close to her for warmth. The kitten had somehow managed to survive the elements and the asphalt, and he looked to be in good condition at this point.
“Apart from being terribly chilly, he was in wonderful shape,” Michigan Humane’s media manager, Anna Chrisman, told the Dodo. Also he was delighted to be in a warm environment with plenty of hugging. “He started purring immediately after I rescued him, and he hasn’t stopped since!”
The lovely 4-month-old cat called “Lodge” showed off his loving demeanor and fondness for cuddling when he returned to the Detroit shelter, swiftly winning over the hearts of everyone in the facility.
The adorable Lodge can’t seem to get enough loves and pampering; since since he was rescued, he has been continually begging for people to pay him attention.
Anna explains further:
“Lodge is a kind, friendly cat with a wry sense of humor.” Being hugged and playing are two of his favorite things!
Whatever happens, Lodge will be cherished and showered with affection in every home to which he is given; the feisty kitty certainly deserves it.
