“Our Humane Investigators received a report regarding a cat that appeared to be “dragging a carpet” and was living with an elderly gentleman. Sinbad’s appearance should have come as no surprise given the gentleman’s inability to care for himself. Nonetheless, it was awful on a number of levels.”
