This is the case with the kitty in the picture. It was in a poor state, as the photos indicate. The cat had a severe infection that had gone all the way up to his face, which was covered in dried blood spots.
The kitty’s jaw was also damaged, making it unable to eat properly.
The kitty was clearly in excruciating pain, and even wets didn’t think it would make it through the night.
They suggested euthanasia, but the man who brought the cat to the veterinarian declined. He believed that the kitten was a fighter who would live, and he was correct.
Despite his damaged jaw, the kitten devoured all of the food provided by the savior. The kitty gradually healed with a lot of love and care over the next few weeks. It was a true miracle because no one had expected it to survive the night.
After a few weeks, the man took the kitty back to the vet, who was astounded by the change.
He was quickly regaining his strength. For a cat with a fractured jaw, he ate a lot, and the infection began to fade. To the man’s delight, the kitty no longer required surgery or special care.
