This lovely cat has already endured far too much.
After being discovered the plastic-wrapped to a package in the back of a UPS truck, doctors estimate the poor things had been without food or water for almost a week.
Joey, the new name for this tiny guy, was sent to the nearest animal clinic in Memphis, Tennessee.
The truck driver informed the veterinarian that his truck had been loaded four days prior in Chicago.
He continued by saying he had no idea how long the cat had been confined.
Joey, on the other hand, has been adopted and will be going home with his new owner next week.
