Meet Baby Ethel, a four-week-old small kitten who is one of The Odd Cat Sanctuary’s newest inhabitants in Salem, Massachusetts. Tara Kay, the creator of The Odd Cat Sanctuary, discovered her as a stray kitten walking alone and rushed to take her in.

She was born blind and was diagnosed with hydrocephalus, a condition in which fluid builds up in the brain. She required a highly specific individual to look for her due to her medical concerns. Fortunately, Nicole decided to foster her until she could find her forever home.
