A little orphan kitten in desperate need of motherly love was brought to a rescue mother cat.
Everything went off without a hitch.
“He was the sole kitten born to a senior mum, she rejected him, and he suffered the first 15 hours of his life without food or warmth,” Ottawa Stray Cat Rescue wrote. He was taken in by a nice lady in the animal rescue community, who put out a request on Facebook for a nursing mother to adopt him.
Our group offered to accept him because my acquaintance had just taken in a mother with four-week-old kittens from another rescuer. He’s done fantastically well and formed strong bonds with his siblings and mother. He’s a plump, lovely ball of fluff who loves having his tummy scratched and is now available for adoption.”
“I’ll be his mama if his true mother doesn’t want him.”
