Mr. Belvedere belonged to a cat colony. The tomcat was more than ten years old, which is exceptional for this kind of cat. No one has ever been able to take Mr. Belvedere home. So eventually he took matters into his own hands after years on the streets.
The cat understood he needed rescue as soon as he was trapped in a shelter trap. The cat was ill, with a nasty case of mange and mites in his ears. The woman who caught Mr. B took him to the vet, where it was revealed that he was in horrible shape. Instead of euthanizing him, the mother opted to bring him home, and he’s turned into a real momma’s boy!
