Twenty Maine Coon cats, each so big the other cats seem like kittens… Watch the photos here…

The Maine Coon is one of the most widely bred domestic cat breeds in the world. Males may weigh up to 35 pounds (16 kilograms), and in certain cases, even more. In spite of the fact that the exact origin of their existence is still a mystery, there are many tales surrounding them, one of which is that they are the product of a cross between cats and raccoons.

Another legend has it that the Queen of France, Marie Antoinette, attempted to preserve her beloved Turkish Angora Cats from extinction. Unfortunately, she was unable to make it to the United States, but the cats were said to have landed on the beaches of Wiscasset, Maine, where they began reproducing.
