The author of Cat Women: An Exploration of Feline Friendships and Lingering Superstitions, she has written several books. Alice wants to demonstrate to everyone, through the use of these vintage photographs, the strong bond that exists between people and their cats.
The moment Alice was hit with a thud of love that she’d never imagined a creature could produce, she became known as a cat woman. “I never imagined myself as a cat lady, but now that I think about it, the strangest thing about it is that it is something that anyone can become.”
